Overview
The Mosswaddler is a companion that has a chance to spawn in the ocean after a Mosslurker Hunt. It is recommended but not obligatory to use a small boat and wait until one swims up to you. After one swims up, you will be able to pick it up and obtain it.
Passive
Every 5 seconds while fishing, there is a 20% chance (40% at max level) to freeze the fish for 3 seconds (7 seconds at max level) with a 6 second cooldown.
