Description.
The Apex Leviathan is an Extinct fish that could be obtained in the Open Ocean in the Second Sea during an Apex Hunt. When reeling it in, the fishing bar was blue. Due to its high rarity, it makes for a tough catch, moving erratically over the fishing bar. When reeling it in, a -97% Locked Progress Speed is applied. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Extinct fish.

The Progress Speed cannot be affected in any way. With a -97% Progress Speed and heavily low, catching this fish is very time consuming (without the Astralhook Rod).
