Eyefestation was a Legendary fish. Furthermore, a -30% progress speed in inflicted on the player when reeling it in. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a bell sound is played - as with all Legendary fish.

Obtainment
Eyefestation was obtainable in the Brine Pool. However, it's no longer obtainable and has been replaced with the Brine Phantom.
Trivia
Eyefestation is a reference to a monster with the same name from the Roblox game Pressure. If an Eyefestation had the Shiny mutation on it, it would have its green eyes turn red, which was a reference to its enraged form. Eyefestation had the lowest chance of being caught of out all legendary fish. Eyefestation was removed from the game, due to Zeal’s request after Do_Big partnered with Fisch.
