The Flashlight is a Special fish obtainable anywhere during various "Admin Events". Despite its high rarity, it is an easy catch, moving slowly across the fishing bar while inflicting a -20% progress speed. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Special fish.
