Overview[1]
Flashlight is a Special fish found in any body of water during the Blackout, Semi Chaos, MADNESS, MAYHEM, MEGA MAYHEM, and Pure Chaos Admin Events.
The Flashlight is a Special fish obtainable anywhere during various "Admin Events". Despite its high rarity, it is an easy catch, moving slowly across the fishing bar while inflicting a -20% progress speed. When hooked, an exclamation icon will pop above the player's head, and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Special fish.

What does this mean?
Fisch's in-game currency. A fish's value is its average sale price in C$ at average weight. A rod's value is its listed C$ price, which may be only one part of a crafting requirement. These are game reference figures, not trading consensus. Values are not comparable across games.
