The Glitched Cap is a Special fish located during the "Glitchstorm" admin event. Despite its rarity, it makes for an easy catch, moving slowly across the bar. When reeling it in, +TBA% Progress Speed is applied. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Special fish.
