Overview[1][2]
Obsidian Koi is an Extinct catch in Fisch, found around Emberreach — sells for about 5 C$ per kg. In-game bestiary: “A sleek fish, its fins flowing like dark, polished glass.”
The Obsidian Koi used to be a Mythical fish that is able to be caught in Emberreach in the Second Sea. Due to its high rarity, it poses a challenging catch, moving spontaneously across the fishing bar while inflicting a -72% progress speed. When hooked, an exclamation icon will pop up above the user's head, and a ding sound is played - as with all Mythical fish.

What does this mean?
Fisch's in-game currency. A fish's value is its average sale price in C$ at average weight. A rod's value is its listed C$ price, which may be only one part of a crafting requirement. These are game reference figures, not trading consensus. Values are not comparable across games.
