The Seacow is a Limited fish obtainable in the Animal Event located in the First Sea. It makes for a very difficult catch, rapidly moving erratically across the bar. When hooked, it inflicts a -85% progress speed on the user. When this fish is hooked, a will pop up above the player's head and a ding sound is played - as with any other Limited fish.
