The first catch that makes your rod bend in half. A rite of passage.
Swordfish are Rare fish obtainable at The Ocean. Due to its unusually high weight, it makes for a harder catch, moving sporadically across the fishing bar. It can be mistaken with Sailfish because of its long "nose" but it has more weight. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a bell sound is played - as with all Rare fish.
How to get it
Fish it up around: Deep open ocean. Higher luck rods raise your odds dramatically.

Abundance
The Swordfish's default abundance can be found around TBA as seen with a Fish Radar, it increases the chances of the player reeling in a Swordfish. It also has a Fish Abundance counterpart, which can be seen without a Fish Radar, and has its location shown at all times by a POI (Point of Interest) header.
