The Toilet Fish is a Special fish obtainable in the Secret Storm admin event, formerly within the Second Sea. Due to its high rarity, it makes for a challenging catch, moving erratically across the fishing bar. When catching, a -65% progress speed decrease is inflicted on the player. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Special fish.

Patch history
Before the 1.26.3 update, Toilet Fish along with the Dogefin were unobtainable due to a bug. This has been resolved since then. It is recommended to have high to catch either, as both have the Extreme Resilience of 6. This fish is most likely a reference to the popular "Skibidi Toilet" series.
