The Hang Glider is a glider obtained during the Mysterious Songstress quest. It allows players to glide similarly fast to the Advanced Glider. In addition, the glider allows for vertical movement in special cases.

The Hang Glider can only be obtained during the Mysterious Songstress quest.

Obtainment
Talk to a NPC called Mysterious Songstress, click the “Can you teach me how to sing” option. Then she will give the player a quest to catch any musical fish (Treble Bass or DJ Octopus). Finish the quest and talk to the Mysterious Songstress again. She will give the player second quest and a Hang Glider (You do not need to do the second quest).
