Overview
Chilled is a Mutation which multiplies a Fish's sell value by 6×. Visually, it causes the fish to become ice textured and emit cold-cloudy particle effects. Additionally, the eye of the fish glows white.
How to get it
Rolls automatically when a fish spawns — certain rods, enchants and events raise the odds.
