Flora is a Mutation which multiplies a Fish's sell value by 7×. Visually, it cause the fish's parts to become glowing purple colored sandy with butterfly particles around the fish.
How to get it
Rolls automatically when a fish spawns — certain rods, enchants and events raise the odds.
