Carbon is an NPC exclusive to the Fischmas 2 event. He can be found at the Toy Factory next to the Northstar Village.
Carbon can be found in the Toy Factory next to Santa. He is based off the popular content creator, Carbon Meister Plays. The player needs to talk to Carbon to start the Santa's Miracle Rod quest line.
How to get it
Find them at Toy Factory (GPS -7993, 191, -17885).

Santa's Miracle Rod Quest (Part 1)
Carbon will disguise as Santa, and ask the player to help out four elves that are on duty in the Toy Factory. Upon completion, Carbon will reveal that he is not Santa and asks the player to find him. Santa can be located at the Northern Summit.
Secret Carbon Meister Skin Quest
To start this quest, the player needs to complete the entire Santa's Miracle Rod quest. To receive the skin, you must give carbon a few fish: To claim the skin, click "Claim." Category:NPCs Category:Quest Giver Category:Fischmas After claiming you will receive a Carbon Rod skin that looks like Carbon Meister.
