Goth was an NPC located at the Underground Music Venue. They could be found sitting on a barrel in the corner of the bar.; Completing the quests provided by Goth rewarded the player with the Wingripper.
Goth can be found sitting on barrels by himself. Completing his quest will reward the Wingripper.

In his first quest,he asks for a Shiny Sparkling Darkened Sardine. Upon completion will reward the player with 1x Garbage and 1x Golden Tentacle. In his second quest,he asks for a Blessed Exalted Relic. Upon completion will reward the player with🌙 title. In his third and last quest,he asks for a 🐟.
