Celestial is a two-minute status effect triggered by the Celestial Rod passive after 15 catches. It raises lure speed, luck and XP while guaranteeing the Celestial mutation.

Rod buff
The official effect page lists +60% lure speed, +100% luck, +50% XP and a 100% Celestial mutation chance while active. Its duration can be extended from the same source. Celestial Infusion mastery adds 10% starting progress. This effect differs from the sale-value mutation itself.
