Overview
Sovereign is a Mutation which multiplies a Fish's sell value by 8.5×. Visually, it causes the fish to become purple and translucent, while having wispy particles arround the fish.
How to get it
Sovereign fish can be obtained through the following: Relic Construct Status Effect at a 10% chance. Enchantment passive at a 15% chance. Fishing in a Sovereign Beam Pool during Sovereign Surge, Sovereign Storm or Sovereign Reckoning at a 5% chance. <!--
