Appearance
Sukuna takes the appearance of the player's avatar with a glowing red aura around it and a custom face built with his respective markings. In the anime/manga, he takes over Yuji Itadori's body through the use of his fingers which people can consume to either die or potentially be one of his vessels. When Sukuna takes over, it is apparent by the markings seen on their face and body. However, his true form is depicted as a four-armed demon with two faces, symbolizing his immense power and dual nature. His personality is characterized by arrogance, cunning, and a penchant for cruelty. Sukuna often displays a sadistic sense of humor and takes pleasure in chaos and destruction.
Gameplay
Sukuna is stated to be "very buggy". This killer, along with all other Developer killers, is not made by a Coder, instead being made by the main animator out of reused code and assets.

This is the first character in the game to use your avatar, similarly to Noob's "Noob Cosplay" Skin and John Doe's "Yourself" Skin. There is an emote based on Sukuna in the shop. Sukuna's Ambience is based off of the song Thunderclap from Jujustu Kaisen Season 2.
