Appearance

The Fruitball's fruit resemble American footballs. The Fruitball's color scheme is similar to the logo of the NFL. The Fruitball's color scheme is also similar to the logo of the Kansas City Chiefs, the team that Travis plays on. The Fruitball does not look the same as the preview image on the event. The Fruitball tree has a red stem and white leaves.

What does this mean?

Grow a Garden's in-game currency. A crop's value is its base Sheckle sell value at its average weight — the anchor the game's weight formula scales from. Gear is listed at its documented Sheckle shop cost instead. Both are in-game figures from the community wiki. Values are not comparable across games.

Patch history

The Fruitball seed is the first seed to be a collab, not including the Bizzy Bees event. The Fruitball seed is the first ever seed to be obtainable from an admin event. The plant is built similar to the Mango tree. The Fruitball originally was called Football Blossom prior to its release. The Fruitball originally had a “base price” of 34,000 Sheckle due to a glitch which gave it an incredibly high huge chance but was later revealed to actually be around 7,000 Sheckle, after what the community calls a “shadow nerf” AKA a “secret nerf”. Before, the fruitball's logo in the Garden Guide is replaced with the Taco Fern, later it was fixed. Before the second part of the Halloween Event, when Grave Digging was added, the Fruitball had no traits. It then got the Fruit trait.
