What does this mean?
Grow a Garden's in-game currency. A crop's value is its base Sheckle sell value at its average weight — the anchor the game's weight formula scales from. Gear is listed at its documented Sheckle shop cost instead. Both are in-game figures from the community wiki. Values are not comparable across games.

Patch history
Jalapeno is based off Jalapeño in real life. The crop used to take 7 hours to grow without watering cans, although they changed it to 9m in an unknown update. The Jalapeno is the 4th "Chili Pepper” type plant added into the game, after the Pepper, Dragon Pepper and Bell Pepper. The Jalapeno Seed is the 3rd seed in the game to have collision, after the Prickly Pear and Guanabana."
