Appearance
The Rhubarb looks like a small stick or tree with 2-4 leaves at the end and 1-3 anywhere on the stem. The bottom of the crop is slightly bent. It grows on a leafy plant that looks pretty similar to the top of the crop itself. The positions and angles of the leaves on the crop can vary.
