The Severed Spine is a limited, multi-harvest, Prismatic crop, added in part 3 of the Halloween Event. The Severed Spine is classified as a Sour, Vegetable, Woody, Prickly, Stalky and Spooky type crop, meaning it will be affected by items targeted at those specific crop types. A Reaper punishes stealers within a small range! The Severed Spine prevents players from stealing nearby crops and teleports the player back to their plot.
