What does this mean?

Grow a Garden's in-game currency. A crop's value is its base Sheckle sell value at its average weight — the anchor the game's weight formula scales from. Gear is listed at its documented Sheckle shop cost instead. Both are in-game figures from the community wiki. Values are not comparable across games.

Trivia

The Chocolate Sprinkler is the first sprinkler to not have a black base. The Chocolate Sprinkler is the first known sprinkler to come from a Grow a Garden event. The Chocolate Sprinkler originally gave plants the wet mutation. This feature was removed shortly after the Easter event began. This sprinkler, along with the Honey Sprinkler, Geode Sprinkler and Lush Sprinkler, are the only mutation-giving sprinklers. (In this case, sprinklers like the Stalk Sprout sprinkler or Flower Froster sprinkler don't count as they only give mutations to specific types of plants.)
