The Luminous Wand can be crafted with 2x Fairy Jar, 1x Fairy Power Extender and 10,000,000 Sheckle with a wait time of 15 minutes at the Fairy Crafting Table. It can also be bought at Lumina's Shop in the Fairy World for or 219 Robux.

Empowers the next Fairy to use Luminous instead of Glimmering!
