Overview
The Medium Toy is a legendary gear that was released on July 12, 2025, as a part of Update 1.14.0. It is available in the Gear Shop.
Appearance
The Medium Toy features two blue spheres with a blue pole connecting them.
Usage
The Medium Toy gives a pet a small boost of their ability for 5 minutes. By double-tapping a pet, the gear is activated. The boost is an additive buff that applies equally to all pets of the same kind, including Rainbow and Golden pets. The buff value is different between pets and equal to two Small Toys. Buff percentage is 35.88%

The Medium Toy can be purchased from the Gear Shop for 4,000,000 Sheckle or 189 Robux. The Medium Toy was obtainable from Chris P.
