Overview

The Corrupted Pet Mutation Shard is a divine gear added in the second half of the Zen Event, being the second pet shard.

Appearance

The Corrupted Pet Mutation Shard resembles a red hexagon, with glowing particles inside. It resembles the Tranquil Pet Mutation Shard but instead with a red hue.

Obtainment

The Corrupted Pet Mutation Shard can be obtained in the Tranquil Treasures Shop. Players can access the Shop by talking to the Tanuki NPC.

Usage

The Corrupted Pet Shard is used to apply the Corrupted mutation to a pet, making them Corrupted. Applying the Corrupted Pet Shard to a pet that already has a mutation will not work. It will instead prompt the player if they want to replace the pet's current mutation with the Corrupted mutation.

Value

205Sheckles

What does this mean?

Grow a Garden's in-game currency. A crop's value is its base Sheckle sell value at its average weight — the anchor the game's weight formula scales from. Gear is listed at its documented Sheckle shop cost instead. Both are in-game figures from the community wiki. Values are not comparable across games.
