Overview
The Trading Ticket is an uncommon gear added one day before the Cooking Update.
Appearance
The Trading Ticket has a purple base colour with a black rectangle and a yellow star in the middle.
Obtainment
The Trading Ticket can be bought at the Gear Shop for 100,000 Sheckle or 19 Robux.
Usage
The Trading Ticket is used to trade with other players in a server. The player needs to hold out the Ticket to be able to trade. Currently, the player can only trade pets, sheckles and fruits. When the player adds items, it displays the following information for the pets and fruits: weight, age, mutations, cost, name, and a photo of the item. When trading, the player enters the items that they want to trade, then they must click the accept button and wait about 5 seconds. After that, they must click confirm on a second set of security. The player can't remove items without restarting the timer.

What does this mean?
Grow a Garden's in-game currency. A crop's value is its base Sheckle sell value at its average weight — the anchor the game's weight formula scales from. Gear is listed at its documented Sheckle shop cost instead. Both are in-game figures from the community wiki. Values are not comparable across games.

Patch history
A newly created account must wait 7 days before it can trade. The Trading Ticket used to have a Common rarity in the Gear Shop. It was changed to Uncommon shortly after. If players rejected/ignored a trade request, the corresponding trading ticket will NOT be consumed. The trade ticket was originally not always in stock, but it is now always in stock every stock. Trading sheckles used to have a 10% tax. Before August 30, 2025, there was no tax on trading sheckles. Sheckle trading was disabled from August 30 to September 2 because of the inflating economy of the game. To counter the issue, the developers added the tax. This tax however was later removed.
