When equipped, it emits a blue fire. If a player is killed with this effect, their whole body will turn black and a blue fire effect will appear on the body. Giving it the effect that it's burnt, and in flames.
Other versions of this are the Pink Flaming Knife, Rainbow Flaming Knife, and Green Flaming Knife.
In the icon the knife's guard is blue, meaning the guard on the other flaming knives icons depend on the the colour of the fire.
