During the Christmas Event 2019, there were 2 different leaderboards; Gift-Giving and Coin-Collecting.
In order to obtain this item, participants would have to spend as many Snow Tokens (bought/collected) on Winter Gifts, throw it on people, and score points, which would then determine their rank on the leaderboard.
Other variants of this include Bronze Minty, Blue Minty, and Gold Minty.
