Trading x3 T1 Rares (Supreme) Biogel is a rare knife that was originally obtainable by collecting the Hospital Egg, the Bio Egg, and the Zyleak Egg during the 2023 Easter Event. It is now only obtainable through trading as the event has since ended.

Appearance
The spine of the blade is silver with a black clip attached to the back of it, two black screws, and a black outline separating it from the lime green edge. The guard and handle are both silver, but the handle has a black bolster and pommel with a silver screw on each of them.
Trivia
In players’ inventories, this knife is labeled as "Bio" instead of "Biogel". This also happens with the Nuclear gun where it is labeled as "Nuke" instead of "Nuclear".
