CommonKnivesMurder Mystery 260 MM2 value points

Overview[1]

Trading 85 (Supreme) Glitch1 is a common knife that was originally obtained from a duplicated Batwing. Batwing used to be an exclusive Nikilis item however some players managed to get the scythe unknowingly. In late 2016-2018 all of the duplicated Batwings were converted into Glitch1’s by Nikilis (which at the time they were just called “Glitch”).

Patch history

It uses the exact same texture and mesh of the knife Whiteout. It is a common misconception that this knife was made in 2018 after people mass duped Batwing. This is incorrect as Glitch1 has been seen in many YouTube videos dating back to late 2016 or early 2017. This can’t possibly be Glitch2 either, as Glitch2 is a gun. Unlike Whiteout, Glitch1's picture is straight up and not to the side. Another knife with a picture appearance facing straight up is Reptile, though Glitch is tilting to the upper side. MM2Values once said that they would never give this knife a value due to the value changers not believing that this knife should have value since it is just a duplicated Batwing. However, on October 15th, 2021, this item got a Special Tier on the Commons section and a value. As of January 24th, 2023, the name of both Glitches are now renamed to Glitch1 and Glitch2. Glitch1 is the duplicated Batwings and Glitch2 is the original. Supposedly a hacker got a hold of Nikilis' original Batwing and duplicated it and started circulating it. Nikilis later attempted to fix this issue by turning them into "Glitch" and then Nikilis officially released Batwing as an ancient.
