There was a bug on release where was unobtainable, and then it was set to having a 1 in 60,000,000 chance, or a 1 in 60 chance for an Arcane| to mutate, before returning to 1 in 30,000,000.
used to be entirely black but was shortly reworked with the addition of dark purple particles and general colors.
used to be very similar to its non-mutated counterpart, Arcane|, but with different colors.
