Appearance
When equipped, makes the player levitate slightly above the ground, with the player holding a what seems to be magic wand. The bottom of the aura continuously emits blue whirlpool-like floor. A light-blue trail of effects rises up from the bottom all the way to the top, where it merges with the cyan-like glowing star. A trail of particles with the same color also circulates around the player.
