The is a Tier-2 left-handed gear and one of the gears added in Eon 1-6.5. When equipped, it grants a 0-30% Luck and Roll Speed boost for 10 rolls every minute, signified by one of the gems randomly glowing on the device. It emits no particles.

The appears to be made primarily of stone, with six small gemstones placed on the gauntlet and small golden trims on the outer edges.
