Which Sol's RNG Auras Are Actually Worth Keeping?

Updated Jul 14, 2026

Storage fills fast in Sol's RNG. Here's a practical framework for what to keep, what to craft away, and what the endgame chase list looks like.

The keep test

An aura is worth keeping if it passes any of these:

  1. Rarity flex — six digits of odds or better. Anything you'd screenshot.
  2. Native breakthrough value — auras you'll want equipped during their biome for stacked rolling sessions.
  3. Crafting fodder you'll actually need — check the gear recipes before you scrap duplicates; some mid-tier auras are bottleneck ingredients.

Everything else is clutter. Scrap aggressively — the game keeps a record of everything you've ever rolled, so you lose nothing by clearing storage.

The named chases

Community-famous chase auras like Aegis, Equinox, Luminosity and Atlas headline the endgame — each is a multi-million-to-one pull that defines an account. Don't target-farm them dry: every one of them is functionally unreachable without stacked luck, so the real strategy is maximizing your rolls-per-event as described in our rolling guide.

Duplicates

Dupes of rare auras aren't wasted — crafting recipes and future update sinks consume them. Bank dupes of anything Epic-tier or above until you've read the current recipe list.

The honest math

Sol's RNG is a marathon. A casual roller might see one six-digit aura a week; event-window rollers see several a day. The gap isn't luck — it's buff discipline. Roll buffed or don't roll.
