Appearance
The Feather Vial as its name suggests, is a golden feather contained in a glass vial with a wooden stopper closing the glass vial.
Patch history
Feather Vial can't be exchanged to Jester.
This was changed in later hotfix
Feather Vial wasn't originally needed to craft Strange Controller.
Feather Vial are considered the least spawnable time, folow with Rainy Bottle, Wind Essence and Icicle.
