How to get it
There are two different ways to obtain a Portable Device: Via the Quest Board quest "Delivery V", requiring the player to give a Warp Potion to Jake. Randomly appears in Fischl's Daily Shop, with a price of 10,000 Coins or 100 Dark Points|.

Appearance
The Portable Device appears to be a high-tech remote control, with its main colors being green and gray. When used, the device gets placed on the ground, and it emits a pulsing green circle with a hashed outline.
Patch history
• The Portable Device was added in the Eon 1 - 4.5 update • Giving up a Warp Potion for a single Portable Device is not worth it in the eyes of many players.
