Developer-only access
The Strongest Pirate, also called Whitebeard in the community article, is a developer-only character. The source recounts a past Build Mode configuration mistake that briefly exposed its moveset; it says that route was removed from public access. This page is an index of documented moves, not an unlock guide.
Five-slot base bar
The wiki describes five base abilities instead of the ordinary four-slot fighter pattern, most of them built around wide-area attacks. Its recorded move list includes Sweep, Shatter and Rumble. Bloxism keeps the fifth slot visible so it does not silently truncate a developer kit to fit the standard character menu.
