Petulance Ground takes place on a planet filled with unusual life. The ground consists of dark grey and grey sand. It contains various small red veins and giant grey veins growing out of the ground. There are also a few cliffs, some of which with exposed red bits that sometimes contain eyes. In the center of the map, there is an orange structure holding a big black orb. The five paths start at five different caves but all end at the orb. They take multiple turns around the cliffs on the map.

Trivia

Petulance Ground has five paths, which would make it have the highest number of paths for a survival map in the entire game. Despite not getting added into the game yet, Petulance Ground is referenced in-game through an advertisement in Pier Pressure.
