Patch history

Castle Town was the first map ever created. The map was revamped slightly on October 22nd, 2021, which updated the maps appearance and layout, but didn't change any of the enemies. Castle Town shares the boss theme with Glowing Glacier. Castle Town used to have 39 waves on Mode, however it was changed to 40 waves with the Christmas 2022 Update. Pirate Panic was also changed during the same update due to having 41 waves, however it was increased to 42 waves instead. This is the first map that only has Slime King skins in (almost) all difficulties, the second being Rooftop Rumble. This is the one of two maps to have tower specific map dialogue implemented first. Castle Town may be named after the location of the same name from the game Deltarune, given that Tower Heroes has many other references to the game.
