They could have been purchased for 1,250 Bucks at the Birthday Stand that could be found near the Playground. As the stand left the game, they can only be obtained by trading.
Appearance
The 2022 Birthday Cupcake Shoes feature small pastries, each topped with white icing and blue and yellow sprinkles. An orange brown outer coating covers the sides and bottom of each pastry. These pet accessories are worn on a pet's feet.
