The 2022 Birthday Party Horn is a limited rare pet accessory in Adopt Me! that was released on August 18, 2022, in honor of Adopt Me!s fifth birthday and removed a week later on August 25, 2022. It could have been purchased for 500 Bucks at the Birthday Stand that was found near the Playground. As it is now unavailable, it can only be obtained by trading.

The 2022 Birthday Party Horn features a curled blue party horn with white polka dots. It also has a yellow mouthpiece. This pet accessory is worn on a pet's face.
