As it was removed from the game on September 29, 2022, it can now only be obtained through trading.

Appearance
The Cactus Friend Hat features a round, spherical green cactus with two short legs and a flat pink flower on the top of its head. It has small spikes all over its body, and features a face on its front. This pet accessory is worn on a pet's head.
