It could have been obtained through purchasing and unboxing the Regal Chest for 300 Bucks or the Standard Chest for 105 Bucks; players had a 0.94% and 0.22% chance of getting it from these gifts, respectively. As it was removed from the game on September 29, 2022, it can now only be obtained through trading.
