As it is no longer in the current Gifts rotation, it can only be obtained through trading.

Appearance
The Paintbrush Leash features a paintbrush with a red handle and yellow bristles. There is rainbow paint dripping down the bristles of the brush. When used, a multicolored line extends from the bristles.
How to use
When a player clicks their screen with it equipped, a multicolored line will connect the Paintbrush Leash to their pet. This item can be used to receive a 3x Bucks and XP bonus from the 'walk' ailment if a player's pet specifically requests it.
