The Yarn Ball Toy is a limited common pet accessory in Adopt Me! that was released on September 29, 2022, as part of the Accessory Chests Revamp update. It could have been obtained through purchasing and unboxing the Regal Chest for 300 Bucks or the Standard Chest for 105 Bucks; players had a 2.9% and 8.6% chance of getting it from these gifts, respectively. On April 20, 2023, the Regal Chest and Standard Chest were updated to contain new items, and the Yarn Ball Toy was removed from the game. This pet accessory can now only be obtained through trading.

The Yarn Ball Toy features an orange ball of yarn with a loose end sticking out. It bears a similar appearance to the Yarn Ball Earrings, which feature similar orange yarn balls. This pet accessory is worn on a pet's back.
