The Chocolate Twist is a limited common food item in Adopt Me!. It was obtainable during the Sweet Street event in May 2018 for 5 Bucks alongside the Chocolate, Chocolate Drop, and Ice Tub. As its event is over, it can now only be obtained through trading.

How to use
This item can be used to fulfill a baby or pet's 'hungry' ailment. It takes three uses to fully consume. When eaten by a player, the Chocolate Twist boosts their walk speed.
Patch history
• After an update in 2020, if a player tried feeding a pet the Chocolate Twist it would turn into an Apple. This feature was later removed at an unknown date.
