The Cup was a temporary common food item in Adopt Me! that was released on February 28, 2025. It served as the beginning base for creating any type of Ice Cream Cup. It could be purchased for 1 Bucks in the Ice Cream Shop or from another player's Cup Vender. The house owner could take it from the Cup Vender furniture item for free once they had purchased it for 600 Bucks. It was also obtainable through trading. The Cup was removed from the game on May 8, 2026, after the Cup Vender furniture was renamed to Ice Cream Cups and changed to dispense Ice Cream Cups for the house owner, or Ice Cream for players who purchase an item from it.

How to use
Babies could not consume the Cup to full the Hunger ailment, as it had to have an extension on it first. However, pets could consume the Cup without extensions to fulfill the ailment. When an Ice Cream Cup was specifically requested for this ailment, feeding the pet a Cup without any extensions still provided a 3x Bucks and XP bonus.
