The Milkshake is a common food item in Adopt Me! that was released on February 1, 2024. Players can obtain it for free from a Milkshake Machine furniture item, which costs 350 Bucks. It can also be obtained through trading. The Milkshake can be used to fulfill the Thirsty ailment for babies and pets, taking five uses to fully consume. The Milkshake disappears from a player's inventory when they leave the game.
