The Axolotl is a limited legendary pet in Adopt Me! that was released on August 26, 2021. Players could purchase it in the Pet Shop or on the Shop menu for 600 Robux. As the Axolotl ended up in the Final Stop Shop at a price of 400 Robux and left the game on May 18, 2023, it can now only be obtained through trading. For the first two weeks of the Axolotl's release, the 2021 Summer Sale began, where the Axolotl came with a 50% discount.

Appearance
The Axolotl has a pink body with darker pink spots on its back, a rounded snout, pink round feet, and a pink tail. It has brown nostrils, two black beady eyes, and six dark pink gills with dark reddish-pink insides.

Neon appearance
The Neon Axolotl glows a bright yellow color inside its gills, and on the spots that run down from the top of its head to the end of the tail.
Mega Neon appearance
The Mega Neon Axolotl glows in the same areas as the Neon Axolotl, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.
