It is obtainable through opening Halloween Mummy Cat Boxes at a 70% chance. Since its event is over, the Halloween Black Mummy Cat is now only obtainable through trading or by opening any remaining Halloween Mummy Cat Boxes.

Appearance
The Halloween Black Mummy Cat is a re-skin of the Cat, with beige bandages around its body, left eye, left ear, and tail. It has pink fur inside its triangular-shaped right ear, a pink nose, black beady eyes, four feet, and black whiskers. It has a similar appearance to the Halloween White Mummy Cat and the Halloween Golden Mummy Cat; the only way to tell these pets apart is their coloring.
